Pre-purchase Appraisals

The purchasing process for the client is the most important part of any development deal to ensure that you buy in at the right price to enable you to profit at the back end. We help you by advising  on build methods, planning possibilities and providing a  full cost appraisal of your ideas before you commit yourself to the purchase to give you the best possible chance of a successful outcome.

Construction Management

We supply all the necessary on site management and facilities to enable the works to be co-ordinated and managed efficiently and to the standards required by you,the client and to conform with all legislative requirements.

We will supply the Site manager or foreman and facilitate the site with the necessary HSE requirements as set out under the CDM Regulations[1994] to include for site signage, site fencing, site lighting, site security, fire control, site facilities[first aid,site buildings,portaloos etc]

Contract Administration

The main part to the project management ideal and the most important. Using our bespoke software, we manage the financial and technical input for your contract centred around a purchase order system that all other documents link to including all letters,schedule of rates,invoices,tenders,diary entries,programme of works etc. This system also logs and records all documents in date order to form a full audit trail throughout the contract. All your documents are accessible through our web browser and your own unique password to allow you into your project documents.

This allows you the client to monitor what is happening on site and see reports on a daily basis from afar. More importantly you can monitor the contract costs through the cost centre to enable you to plan your cashflow.

The contract finishes with the handover of the project to you along with the required Operations and Maintenance manuals which we undertake on your behalf as required under CDM Regulations[1994].
