I am from a long and distinguished family of builders and tradesmen going back to my great great Grandfather, Thomas James Edwards. It is his excellence of craftsmanship and attitude that is fundamental to the DFA Projects' ethos.

After 20 years as a building contractor I decided to study for an MBA in SME Management at Greenwich University, specifically to research into the breakdown in client to builder relationships and to create a more efficient management system using IT to enhance the construction process.

Honesty, Trust, Integrity and Reliability are the foundation blocks for building any relationship. At DFA Projects we realise the importance of those building blocks to enable us to act as "one team" in the construction process.

Project Management allows a fundamental difference in the client /builder relationship in that we are on your side, working with the same goals- i.e "to build to high standards for the minimum of cost"
